Join Ledcor’s recruitment team in the Edmonton, AB office today! This is a 12-month contract opportunity.
Works closely with the recruiters to post, update and manage positions on our website and on various job boards/networking sites
Assists in candidate sourcing through resume review in our applicant tracking system (HireDesk) and through job board/search engine resume mining
Uses judgment to assess candidate qualifications against position requirements
Screens candidates for various positions and provides recommendations to the recruiters as required
Coordinates complex interview bookings and logistics with business leaders
Conducts reference checks and assists with other recruitment activities as requested
Builds strong relationships and works collaboratively with multiple recruiters
Supports and coordinates projects as assigned to increase efficiencies, create a positive candidate experience, and support the overall Human Resources goals and objectives
3-5 years of experience in a similar role in recruiting, coordination or administration in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Post-secondary education in Business Administration and/or Human Resources
Excellent organizational and planning skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Strong attention to detail
Intermediate skills in MS Office applications (including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio), experience with internet search, job board posting and applicant tracking systems
Independent and self-motivated; able to take the initiative to liaise and work with minimal supervision
Excellent organizational and planning skills; ability to juggle multiple priorities and work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
Strong written and verbal communication; possesses tact and diplomacy
Excellent customer service focus with an ability to work collaboratively with others
This is a 12-month contract position
