Because you are resourceful, a self-starter and able to juggle multiple priorities, you can take on a wide range of administrative responsibilities from time and pay coordination, invoicing, accounts payable, expenses, etc. Supporting our telecommunications sales team, you will interact with directors, operations staff and other team members on a daily basis. You will have high attention to detail and take pride in ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and completeness in your day to day responsibilities.

• Carries out a wide range of sensitive and diverse administrative and recordkeeping duties including: maintaining Ledcor systems and procedures, reviewing and distributing documentation
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reporting as well as consolidation of reporting of various groups within the team
• Assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of tools and processes necessary to extract and manipulate data for recurring and ad-hoc reporting
• Prepare commission pay and time, living out allowances, per diems and other compensation.
• Prepare monthly invoicing, and coordinates account receivable functions
• Review employee expense reimbursement
• Escalate problems with appropriate discretion and expedite resolution to any issues
• Investigate vendor inquires
• Maintain strong working relationships with project team members, client representatives and other key stakeholders
• May perform other related duties as assigned


• 2 to 5 years experience in a dynamic administrative position
• Post-secondary diploma in accounting/finance/business is an asset
• Experience within the Telecommunication or related industry is an asset
• Independent and self-motivated with the ability to take the initiative to troubleshoot assigned tasks and liaise with other departments and external resources
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate to various levels of business
• Demonstrated reliability, judgment and professionalism
• Task-oriented with an excellent sense of priority, logic and objectivity; highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities
• Excellent customer service focus with an ability to work collaboratively with others
• Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel. Proficient in Word and Outlook
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Commitment to continuous improvement and excellent customer service
• Flexibility to deal with non-routine matters, such as special projects
