Job Summary

You are an experienced training coordinator with a proven background in the developing training material. As Training Coordinator, you will be a key member of the Ledcor Equipment Group (LEG) Operator Training team, and you will be responsible for assisting in the development of Assessment programs and materials, as well as developing Assessment and Training solutions for our internal customers.

• Assist in the development of competency based assessment materials including manuals, PowerPoint presentations, eLearning, and brochures
• Work with multiple Subject Matter Experts to develop, implement and maintain competency assessment forms & guides
• Manage relationships by proactively maintaining ongoing communications with multiple business unit stakeholders
• Respond to requests for information and communicate (written and verbal) with all levels of management, as well as supervisors and workers
• Schedule and coordinate field trainers/assessors to various project sites across the company
• Administer corporate training/assessment documentation processes
• Regularly update and maintain Corporate Intranet (SharePoint) site
• May perform other related duties as assigned


• 2 years of training experience, with proven material development skills
• Completion of a post-secondary education in business administration or related field
• Excellent organizational, analytical and planning skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with an ability to work collaboratively
• Strong written skills with excellent attention to detail
• Advanced MS Office skills
• Functional ability with graphic design software is a preferred (Adobe software such as Photoshop, Illustrator and/or InDesign)
• Experience developing manuals, PowerPoint presentations and any other publishing materials is preferred
• Previous experience with Articulate Storyline and/ or eLearning development experience is strongly preferred
• Ability to learn new software quickly and independently, and a willingness to attend any required training

Work Conditions

• Approximately 15% short-term travel to site will be required
