You are responsible for coordinating, developing and implementing strategies to achieve strategic and tactical improvements that impact Field Service Organization administrative and operational processes.

You are a subject matter expert that drives innovative initiatives related to strategic alignment, strategic improvements, rationalizations, and process efficiencies.

• Assist executive management with research, coordination, and simplification of business structures and processes that may engage multiple corporate functions and business units such as finance, legal, risk, safety and operations
• Analyze multiple segments of the LTS Organization, establish measures to quantify cost and benefits of complexities, and recommend strategies for complexity reduction
• Assist executive management to simplify structural design for managing a complex diversified business
• Develop financial, operational and strategic management models to enhance evaluation of strategic options
• Advise senior managers on corporate strategy, business excellence, and strategic projects
• Lead process development and improvement initiatives from concept to execution related to multiple business units and multiple stakeholders
• Evaluate business cases and establish frameworks for project value propositions
• Align policies and procedures to optimize service delivery to multiple business units and diverse customers
• Create executive dashboards to simplify communication of key information
• Conduct benchmarking, operational and financial analysis
• Establish key performance indicators, method for collection and reporting of key financial, operational, and organizational data
• Influence / and interact with executives and gain engagement and trust from key operational leaders
• Conduct multiple assessments and associated report writings


• 10 plus years of related experience in business excellence, operational improvement, corporate finance, strategic analysis, and business transformation
• Process improvement, change management and project management experience. Strong financial and legal background is desired
• Work experience with consulting and advisory groups highly desirable
• Bachelor Degree in any related field preferred, not required
• Strategic thinking, and a hands-on approach
• Experience in financial, corporate development, lean management, shared services, process improvement is desired
• Demonstrated expertise and aptitude with conducting strategic, quantitative and qualitative analysis, particularly for rationalization and simplification purposes
• High achiever, ability to interact with senior executives on strategic matters while delivering on details of project tasks
• Competency in project and program management
• Exceptional leadership, communications, people and facilitation skills
• Ability to build and foster effective client relationships at all levels within the organization
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and result oriented environment

Work Conditions

• Working in both office and jobsite environments
• Up to 40% travel depending on projects and business needs
• Working with all stakeholders including: vendors, contractors, staff, and clients
