We are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator student to join our Ledcor Technical Services team starting in November 2018 to work part time during any available hours during the week and weekend. The student, under the direction and guidance of the team, provides call support services in Cantonese and or Mandarin as it relates to our Telecommunications Inside Channel.
Ledcor Technical Services (LTS) designs, builds, and maintains fibre optic networks that span North America and beyond. We are a proven leader and innovator in telecommunications network construction, maintenance, and service installation and repair.Responsibilities
•Make assigned calls to public to discuss updates and information on Telecommunications upgrade project using strong Cantonese and or Mandarin language skills
•Monitor and track call assignments and information
•Escalate any challenges or additional information required to supervisor
•Ensure adherence to client procedural requirements as well as LTS specific processes
•Other duties as required Requirements
•Strong Cantonese and or Mandarin language and good English skills
•Confident interacting with the public over the phone
•Ability to solve problems based on clearly defined procedures
•Proficiency with summarizing information accurately and in a timely manner
•Familiar with documentation of processes Work Conditions
•Work Schedule: Part Time Variable Tuesday to Saturday
•Likely 5 hours a week, can be done in the evenings
•Travel: Role is potentially in one of Abbotsford, Port Coquitlam, Vancouver or Home Based
•Available: Starting in November 2018 valid till May of 2019
