Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Update and maintain a variety of reports and tracking spreadsheets including updating certifications and compliance.
  • Assists with maintenance scheduling and maintains all equipment files.
  • Updates certifications and compliance 
  • Scan and electronical file relevant documentation
  • Provide general administrative support to the equipment group

Requirements:

  • Must have previous NSC regulations exposure
  • Previous administrative experience and pipeline project exposure highly regarded.
  • Completion of some post-secondary course work in administration or previous experience in a similar role.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Excel, and ability to quickly learn new software is essential
  • Previous demonstrated experience using JDE will be highly regarded.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, combined with strong verbal and written communication skills
