Job Summary:

You are a System Solution Developer looking to contribute your expertise and enable projects by delivering and supporting technical solutions for QuickBase applications. You have experience with QuickBase and can troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Understand and enhance business process with the use of QuickBase
  • Hands on development of QuickBase database
  • User management of the QuickBase application
  • Create reports from QuickBase application via excel / Power Query / PowerBI
  • Develops metrics dashboards and advanced filters in QuickBase to provide end users and business leadership with meaningful operational/performance metrics and status reports
  • Creates custom fields, new issue types and field configurations
  • Identifies where functionality meets user requests
  • Determines ways to optimize and improve QuickBase setup and workflows, and implements configuration changes     
  • Troubleshoots and resolves issues related to application development, deployment and operations     
  • Documents solutions and provides user training and guidance


  • 2 + years of hands-on experience working with QuickBase or relational database
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • QuickBase Builder Certification is an asset
  • Construction coordination background is an asset
  • Experience in creating custom dashboards
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize assignments and work independently
  • Adaptability to quick changing environment and ability to meet deadlines, retain and document process and update key stakeholders on deliverables and progress
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Innovative, always looking for ways to improve
