Job Summary:

You are self-motivated and have a blend of experience in coordinating, developing, and maintaining presentations, reports and templates, brochures, and other materials. You can take complex content published by others and turn it into a format that is clear, engaging, and knowledgeable. You will work as part of a team of problem solvers supporting our pursuit team with maintaining, and organizing content and support material, including resumes, project profiles and photos. Essential Responsibilities

  • Build and develop presentation slide decks and relevant marketing materials
  • Assist Creative Specialist in developing pursuit, business development and marketing templates, visuals (graphics, video), logos
  • Update and maintain support material: boilerplate content, project repository, resumes, project sheets, images, testimonials. Ensure compliance with style guide and improve general flow of content
  • Work with Corporate Communications and Proposal Coordinators to develop and contribute content for Ledcor’s internal and external publications, including print, website, and social media. Support for professional photographers and coordination of on-site project photoshoots.
  • Support business development and pursuit team strategic initiatives as required
  • Support Proposal Governance and Technology Lead with updating and maintaining procedures and supporting our technology  

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in Marketing, Proposal, and/or Communications role
  • Degree or diploma in marketing, communications or another related field, or equivalent industry experience
  • Proven analytical, communication, organizational, project management, and technical writing skills and abilities
  • Capacity to work effectively with deadlines and short-time frames in high-pressure environments
  • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Exceptional analytical, time management, and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong relationship management skills
