Packer Operator

Job Summary:
You are a Packer Operator who takes pride in performing safe, and quality work.Apply today to join the Ledcor team in Fort McMurray, Alberta!
- Conducts pre-trip/walk-around safety inspection
- Operates Cat CS74 packer to spread, smooth or level stone, concrete, asphalt, etc
- Performs daily service and preventative maintenance as required
Qualifications:
- Previous experience operating Packers in a heavy civil setting preferred
- Demonstrates an awareness and understanding of mining safety and OH&S policies
- Must possess a valid form of government issued photo identification
- Successful completion of criminal background check and pre-employment drug & alcohol testing
Work Conditions:
- 14/7 shift schedule, working 10.5 hours per day
- Camp based accomodation
- Work will be primarily outdoors in various weather conditions
