We are seeking 2 Red Seal Millwrights. One will be for a Monday - Friday position (shifts will rotate every 2 weeks from Mornings, Afternoons and Graves). We are also seeking a Red Seal Millwright for Friday - Monday (4, 10 hour shifts).

Essential Responsibilities

• Operate, repair and adjust saw sharpening equipment
• Grinding knives and doing knife changes
• Troubleshoot mechanical machinery
• Maintain coordinated effort and communication to ensure mill runs efficiently

Qualifications

• Red Seal Millwrights who have experience in the production industry
• 1 plus years’ experience as a Grinder or Millwright in the production industry
• Excellent hand-eye coordination
• Experience with doing line ups on machinery
• Self-motivated able to work on different types machinery
• Record parts used and needed
• Successfully completion of pre-employment drug & alcohol testing is a requirement

Work Conditions

• Must be open to working Monday - Friday on a 2 week rotating shift consisting of Mornings, Afternoons and Graves
• We also have a Friday - Monday shift (4 10 hour shifts)
• Must have reliable transportation to get to and from the Cant Mill
