Job Summary:

You are a Property Access Coordinator on our Telecom services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for door knocking and requesting permission to install telecommunications equipment on various properties. Reconnecting with clients may be required showing a commitment to customer experience.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Knock on doors and requests permission to install telecommunications equipment on various properties
• Explain the benefits and purpose of the equipment to property owners and obtain signed agreements for installation
• Work collaboratively with the installation team to ensure timely and efficient installation of equipment
• Maintain a positive and professional image of the company while interacting with property owners.
• Maintain accurate records of all installations and permissions obtained

Work Conditions:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in retail or door-to-door customer service or a similar role would be an asset
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
