Job Summary:

As a Senior Regional Manager with 8+ years of experience, you're skilled in leading high-performing teams, driving strategic initiatives, and fostering successful client and consultant relationships. Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead a team of Regional Managers who oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of the telecommunications portfolio. This involves managing and monitoring safety, quality control, utilization, costs & financial performance, scheduling efficiencies, compliance with CMS procedures/policies, and the completion of day-to-day tasks and administrative duties. This role entails developing effective deployment of resources and the delivery of strong customer relationships to ensure a best-in-class customer service experience.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day tasks to enhance operational efficiency. This includes monitoring safety protocols, quality control measures, resource utilization, cost management, and financial performance to ensure operational excellence
  • Develops action plans pertaining to workload management, resource management, policy/procedural compliance, KPI adherence, and administrative compliance to ensure high productivity and performance
  • Oversee scheduling efficiencies to maximize productivity and streamline operations
  • Responsible for providing support to Regional Managers to address conflicts and challenges within their teams and clients, providing guidance to resolve issues effectively
  • Implement initiatives in collaboration with the Regional Managers to drive continuous improvement in processes, procedures, and performance within field operations
  • Oversee audit compliance and enhance communication with Quality & Systems to ensure the maintenance of processes, policies, and procedures
  • Establish a strong and united team by hiring top talent from the marketplace
  • Demonstrates the capability to effectively coach and develop team members by delivering constructive feedback and creating opportunities for their professional growth and development
  • Supports and promotes Ledcor’s core values of safety, quality, integrity, sustainability, and success

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years related industry experience in a strategic or direct management role with demonstrated ability to successfully lead a high-performing team and build solid long-term relationships with external clients and consultants
  • Superior communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, and the ability to work with Senior Executives
  • Excellent organizational, planning skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Highly skilled in the areas of marketing, business development and client relationships leading to repeat business and referrals
  • Ability to coach and develop team members within a flexible workforce environment while offering constructive feedback and providing opportunities for development
  • Anticipates problems and challenges and provides leadership in creating innovative solutions to achieve organizational objectives
  • Working knowledge of OSHA standards and regulations
  • Strong applicable knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and Power BI
  • Must have a College, Trade or Technical Diploma (2 years) – bachelor’s degree preferred

Working Conditions:

  • Travel will be required to various project site(s), client office(s) and/or other Ledcor office locations
  • Required to work non-traditional work hours and holidays
  • Work from home available for this position
