Job Summary:

Ledcor are seeking to hire a Manager, Integration and Automation Services on a full-time permanent basis. In this position you will play a pivotal role in shaping Ledcor's digital journey by leading a team of specialists in designing, developing, and maintaining a robust integration and automation framework. As the Manager, you will promote architectural standards, ensure seamless data flows, optimize processes with Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and empower the organization to make data-driven decisions.

To be successful in this position you will need a blend of technical expertise, strategic vision, and collaborative leadership. You will work with business stakeholders, Enterprise Architects and IS Leadership to ensure the technology, processes and people required to implement, maintain integrations and automations across the technology landscape are operating in an optimal manner. You will also manage a team of between 5-8 individuals providing day to day support and mentorship, previous experience managing a team is essential.

Essential Responsibilities:

Strategic Integration Leadership (30%)

  • Oversee Ledcor's integration architecture, emphasizing code reusability, scalability, and alignment with overall IT strategy
  • Collaborate with the Enterprise Architect, application managers, and stakeholders to ensure the seamless integration of new technologies and systems

Automation Champion (25%)

  • Identify and implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to streamline repetitive tasks, enhance efficiency, and reduce operational costs
  • Lead the evaluation, deployment, and maintenance of automation tools and platforms, ensuring optimal performance and user experience

Team Development and Mentorship (20%)

  • Supervise and mentor a team of integration specialists and automation developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning
  • Conduct performance reviews, provide regular feedback, and support the professional development of team members

Operational Excellence (15%)

  • Define and enforce Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for integrations and automation solutions, ensuring reliability and meeting user expectations
  • Develop and implement change control procedures, adhering to IT standards and minimizing disruptions

Technical Expertise and Trend Analysis (10%)

  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies in integration, automation, and cloud services, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelors Degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science or Engineering is preferred
  • 4+ years of experience managing an integration team of a similar size along with hands-on application design/architecture, integration architecture development, and enterprise application integration
  • 2+ years experience managing automations
  • 5 years of experience in service and IT architecture development
