Ledcor are hiring a Talent Management Specialist on a 12 month fixed term for a maternity coverage. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Learning & Talent, the Talent Management Specialist is accountable for the successful implementation of talent initiatives at Ledcor, promoting a skills-based approach to drive organizational performance. This role provides subject matter expertise and experience in designing and implementing a variety of talent practices and programs, in particular but not limited to the areas of leadership development and succession, performance management, career development, culture & employee engagement.Essential Responsibilities
