Job Summary:

Ledcor are hiring a Learning Specialist – Delivery for a full-time permanent opportunity. As the Learning Specialist – Delivery you will be responsible for the delivery & facilitation of behavioral skills and leadership training sessions. In this position you will support content creation, measure learning effectiveness, and identify improvement areas and support in providing recommendations while fostering a safe & open learning environment.

Essential Responsibilities

Program Delivery, Facilitation, and Coaching (60%)

  • Deliver and facilitate engaging behavioral skills learning sessions, targeted at individual contributors and people leaders, ensuring an interactive and impactful learning experience
  • Customize and tailor delivery methods to meet the needs of a diverse employee base and learning styles ensuring inclusivity and effectiveness
  • Provide coaching to frontline people leaders to provide leadership guidance and support professional growth
  • Foster a positive learning environment that encourages participation, collaboration, and knowledge sharing

Content Support and Design (15%)

  • Build content, materials, and curriculums that address on organizational needs, incorporate participant feedback, and reflect course evaluation insights and trends observed through facilitation
  • Ensure that program delivery supports the Ledcor Learning Framework and aligns with business objectives and Leader Expectations, providing cohesive learning experiences
  • Partner with people leaders to understand organizational needs, provides guidance and design customized team enhancement sessions that improve and meet team dynamics and performance

Evaluation and Continuous Improvement (15%)

  • Utilize our evaluation tools and if required design new evaluation tools to measure the effectiveness of learning offerings, identify the operational impact, and supports with recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Partner with the Learning and Talent COE Team to regularly review measurement outcomes and develop solutions for enhancing training effectiveness
  • Assess gaps in current content to ensure learning offerings are effective and relevant, making improvements as necessary
  • Stay updated on best practices in facilitation and delivery methods to ensure the application of learning is effective and aligns with Ledcor’s organizational needs
  • Implement innovative training techniques and technologies to improve learner engagement and improve learning outcomes

Utilization of Tools and Social Collaboration (10%)

  • Utilize relevant tools and social collaboration platforms to reinforce development and ensure the sustained application of learning outcomes
  • Collaborate with the Learning Programs Manager to align on communication channels, ensuring adherence to Ledcor’s processes and standards

Qualifications

  • Min of 4 years in learning and development, with a focus on program delivery and facilitation
  • 3+ years facilitating leadership and behavioral learning programs in a large, complex organization
  • 3+ years designing or supporting the design of program content across a variety of behavioral and leadership topics
  • Exceptionally strong presentation, and communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service, problem-solving, and adaptability skills
  • Knowledge of adult and behavioral learning concepts, principles, and practices
  • Experience with assessment tools such as Insights, SDI, Situational Leadership, EQi or Leadership Circle Profile 360.
  • Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with program measurement and retention of learning through on-the-job application recommendations
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Work Conditions

  • Work from home while attending the office as needed
  • Some travel required (4-6 times per year) to facilitate learning programs
