Job Summary:
As a Labour Relations (LR) Coordinator you will be responsible for the coordination of Labour Relations activities through the support of the Labour Relations team. You will proactively demonstrate knowledge and skills in the areas of building relationships, organization of tasks, budgeting and technology. Utilizing strong interpersonal and communication skills, the LR Coordinator is an essential contributor to the Labour Relations department. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the team by ensuring that operations run smoothly in a high-volume work environment. This position requires exceptional multitasking abilities, strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively to help the team stay on track and meet deadlines.Essential Responsibilities:
