Job Summary:
As a member of the Corporate Communications team, the Corporate Communications Coordinator, Talent Brand supports the promotion of Ledcor’s employer brand and employment opportunities to the external market. In this role you will provide ongoing coordination with Ledcor’s recruitment team and support Talent marketing efforts through social media and targeted advertising.
Some Key responsibilities will include collaborating on hiring priorities and strategy; developing content for various social media and digital advertising platforms; analyzing performance metrics and producing reports; monitoring engagement with Ledcor content; and responding to inquiries.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Coordinates all Ledcor social media recruitment content, including content creation, scheduling, posting, monitoring, and interaction/engagement with external applicants
- Supports with content creation for digital and print advertising: including newspaper, magazine and radio ads; and website and social media ads
- Provides support to the employer brand by helping to create and maintain digital and print templated materials. This includes signage, advertising, and conference and event materials
- Provides supports to recruitment team for website content updates
- Generates reports and analyzes recruitment communications data to determine effectiveness of social media and marketing tactics
- Provides regular reports and recommendations to internal stakeholders for actions and continuous improvement based on findings
- Support additional Corporate Communications priorities including building Ledcor’s brand, and showcasing Ledcor’s people and culture
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year experience in digital communications, marketing
- Experience in the development and delivery of social media marketing
- Proficiency with MS Office suite (including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge web-based content creation tools such as Canva
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written along with experience communicating effectively to diverse groups
- Ability to work to multiple deadlines and adjust priorities as needed
Working Conditions:
- This position is a hybrid in office/from home with the expectation of 2 days a week in office
