Job Summary:

Reporting into the Team Lead, Quality & Projects, the Quality and Process Senior Representative is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of human resources data processed through our systems while also serving as a liaison for program management and escalations within Employee Services. This role will support in conducting data reviews, identifying errors, implementing corrective actions, and solving more common escalations to other functions within ES and HR COE. This role will involve supporting data analysis, quality assurance, and help with process improvements and ensure timely resolution of issues.

Additionally, you will assist with vendor coordination for ES utilized vendors, and the administration of Ledcor Programs such as Apprenticeship, DriveSAFE, Drug & Alcohol, Certifications and Competencies.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Conducts data governance audits in Workday, JDE, and Five9 to ensure accurate data entry and compliance with standards
  • Serves as the escalation point for common Program audit issues, assisting in their resolution
  • Investigates and troubleshoots discrepancies in data accuracy, collaborating with Employee Services and Team Leads
  • Identifies themes in upstream processing and opportunities for rule updates, system utilization, and training enhancements
  • Maintains and updates Employee Services process documentation, ensuring alignment with changes in operations or systems
  • Contributes to discovery, design, and implementation phases of projects like JDE, Workday, and ServiceNow system enhancements
  • Administers user access, monitors vendor SLA compliance, and collaborates with internal teams to resolve vendor-related issues
  • Provides support for program inquiries, process improvements, and corrective actions to enhance service quality and efficiency

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources or related field
  • Min of 4 years related professional experience in a role that relies heavily on data administration and analysis
  • Experience with HRIS/Talent Management systems such as JDE Edwards, Oracle HCM, ServiceNow, Workday in a support-based role
  • Report writing and database management experience
  • Knowledge of web services, SFTP and other data integration tools
  • Knowledge of web servers, process schedulers, and application servers is a plus.
  • Understanding of cloud computing
  • Strong knowledge of HR system concepts, practices, processes, and procedures
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including development and delivery of presentations and / or relevant knowledge transfer
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines along with the ability to manage a diverse and demanding workload and juggle multiple deadlines; attention to detail
  • Ability to work with a wide range of customers and communicate effectively
  • Ability to use and modify tools and methods to support customer needs and understand business strategic issues
  • Ability to excel in a team environment
