Description

As the Senior Cash Management Administrator, you will be responsible for coordinating the daily management of cash operations and ensuring smooth, accurate, and compliant execution of all cash-related transactions.

In this role you will be part of the Accounts Payable team and collaborate closely with the Treasury team to perform cash-related transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers in alignment with company policies. You will create and maintain strong relationships with banking partners, support with bank account set-up, completing wire transfers, setting up payments and resolving general banking issues

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the setup, maintenance, and closure of company bank accounts, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with internal controls and legal requirements
  • Manage daily cash positions by monitoring balances, ensuring adequate liquidity for operations, and performing daily and monthly cash reconciliations
  • Ensure accurate recording and adjustment of cash balances based on transactions and forecasts, resolving discrepancies promptly
  • Work with banking partners to resolve issues related to account management, initiate wire transfers, set up payments, and address transactional concerns
  • Provide periodic cash management reporting and auditing for executives, supporting informed decision-making
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to maintain and update signing authorities in alignment with company policies and legal requirements
  • Support the development and enforcement of internal controls to prevent fraud and errors in cash management processes
  • Ensure all cash management practices comply with company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations

Qualifications:

  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) would be an asset
  • Minimum 4 years of back-end Banking, Treasury, or Payments experience
  • Strong understanding of cash management, banking procedures, and financial controls
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • A team player with also the ability to work independently

Compensation

$49,200-$67,650 Annually

This is the expected base pay range for this role. Individual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors including experience, knowledge, skills, education and location.
