Description

We are searching for a Project Manager who will oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle, including initial design, detailed planning, construction, and final deployment. You will ensure seamless coordination and integration of all project phases to meet strategic objectives and timelines. Mentoring and guiding the project team, you will foster a collaborative and high-performance culture while providing technical and managerial expertise to deliver exceptional results, ensuring high-quality standards, cost-efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Champion Ledcor's safety culture and ensure adherence to safety and environmental standards
  • Lead the development and implementation of Project Safety and Security Plans (PSSP)
  • Oversee incident investigations and implement corrective actions
  • Delegate project control processes and oversee construction costs and budgets
  • Lead the development of comprehensive project estimates
  • Assist in the the risk management process, including risk identification, assessment, and mitigation
  • Lead the selection, procurement, and negotiation with subcontractors and suppliers
  • Manage project budgets and ensure financial performance
  • Collaborate with project teams to achieve project objectives on time and within budget

Qualifications:

  • Three to seven years of experience in project management, preferably in the Telecommunications industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance or a related field is preferred
  • Comprehensive knowledge of construction documents, drawings, specifications, and current construction practices and methodology
  • Proven ability to negotiate and manage contracts effectively
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in motivating, coaching, and mentoring team members
  • Ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal team members
  • Ability to develop innovative solutions to challenges

Working Conditions:

  • This position will require travel throughout the state of Arizona
  • When not traveling, this position does have the ability to work from home or a Ledcor office
  • Company vehicle will be provided for all required travel
