Ensures site-wide health, safety, and environmental compliance by applying PSSP requirements and Ledcor HS&E standards, OSHA regulations, and OH&S codes for all employees and subcontractors
Leads the daily site construction work efforts to ensure the crew meets production goals determined by leadership
Reading, interpreting, inputting, and analyzing data with a high degree of accuracy and completeness
Compiling all site-specific closeout documentation for your work effort
Uploading closeout documentation to customer interfaces
Qualifications:
Three years of construction experience in a supervisory role
Hands-on experience with fiber-optic cable
Knowledge of civil construction
Has the ability to work with advanced hand/power tools and alignment tools
Possesses a solid understanding of current construction practices and familiarity with construction documents
Working Conditions:
Able to meet the physical requirements of the position which involves sitting, standing, bending, climbing, lifting (up to 50 pounds), working at heights, and in all types of weather conditions (rain, snow, heat etc.)
This is a site-based position that will require travel
