Job Summary

Your previous experience has provided you with a thorough knowledge of safety, quality, scheduling, and profit and loss management of multiple projects under your guidance. Reporting to the Senior Program Manager, you will successfully drive short- and long-term objectives for the Falcon Program while ensuring the objectives align with the overall company direction.

  • Demonstrates and promotes a culture of health, safety and environmental protection on the project by taking an active role in the implementation of the Project Specific Safety Program (PSSP) to achieve compliance of Ledcor HS&E standards, applicable OH&S Acts, regulations and codes
  • Works with the Various BU leaders in developing and maintaining the various risk management plans and registers
  • Assist with the development of policies, programs and procedures to address business risks and opportunities while reducing administrative burdens
  • Assist with the monitoring of ongoing programs risk and opportunities to ensure objectives are being met
  • Assist in the processing of risk management across all LTS groups where applicable
  • Facilitates project meetings with internal and external stakeholders to monitor and support the project's risk and risk mitigation
  • Builds a strong and cohesive support team to ensure efficient project delivery by mentoring, guiding and coaching team to expand their capabilities
  • Assist with the liaison between the sub-contractors, Ledcor staff, and others in all risk management activities
  • Maintains the Financial/Production/Build/Activity Logs
  • Uploads and maintains all relevant risk documents and info into the Falcon program tracking system (eHUB - JIRA)
  • Assist with overseeing the day to day administration of the risk management and risk requirements of the program including the development of a risk management plans and risk modeling, identification of risk controls, and up keep on ongoing risk management plans and registers
  • Assist with internal/external risk reviews/audits of individual sub-contractors as required by the BU leader. Provide risk reports and recommendations as needed by the individual BU leaders
  • Assist with the preparation of risk in analysis or review of aspects of the project as may be required

  • 2 to 5 years of related project work experience or combination of relevant education and experience
  • Proven success in a result driven organization where success is measure on execution, delivery and safety on multiple projects
  • Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with multiple stakeholders, anticipate stakeholder needs, and proactively identify solutions
  • Working knowledge of project risk, risk register, and risk management plans
  • Working knowledge of telecommunication, construction and engineering
  • Capable of identifying risks and issues and generating solutions in moderately complex situations
  • Willingness to contribute actively in team discussions, sharing experiences and ideas
  • Strong organizational and planning skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong computer skills with an aptitude for learning new programs. Familiarity with scheduling software and MS Office suite of products
