Job Summary
We are seeking a Summer Base Assistant to join the Summit team in Terrace. BC. In the role as Summer Base Assistant, you will assist the Summit Helicopters team in day-to-day operations across various tasks.

Responsibilities
•Drive pick-up truck and fuel trailer and act as fueler
•Load and unload helicopters at base
•Clean and organize at base
•Drive parts and crew to remote locations
•Potential to overnight in various locations in NW BC in support of operations
•Weekend and after hour availability required
•Work in partnership with flight crew to service our clients
•Maintain Safety procedures
•May perform other duties as required

Requirements
•Drivers License with clean Drivers Abstract (NSC Registered Driver)
•Availability for overtime on weekends and after hours
•Ability to work independently
•Strong oral and written communication skills
•Ability to work under pressure, while maintaining the highest safety standards
•Must meet pre-employment drug & alcohol testing requirements

Work Conditions
•Must be willing to work variable hours and potential to stay overnight in various locations
