Job Summary
The Recruiting Admin is responsible for working with the Sales Recruitment Team and providing support in a variety of areas including onboarding, administration, candidate coordination, and reporting.
This role will be the steppingstone into a career as a Sales Recruiter with Ledcor Technical Services.

  • Builds strong relationships and works collaboratively with multiple recruiters
  • Works closely with the Recruiting Manager to post, update and manage positions on our website and on various job boards/networking sites
  • Assists in candidate sourcing through resume review in our applicant tracking system and through job board/search engine resume mining
  • Uses judgment to assess candidate qualifications against position requirements
  • Screens candidates and provides recommendations to the recruiters as required
  • Coordinates complex interview bookings and logistics with recruiters
  • Assist team on general administrative tasks such as gathering and attaching appropriate documents to candidate files and electronic file maintenance
  • Coordinate onboarding training delivery, including booking training rooms in various locations, and effectively communicating with each new employee
  • Plan for and prepare first day onboarding documents, as well as act as a first point of contact for new employee inquiries
  • Assists in any other duties as required

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in recruiting, coordination or administration in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Independent and self-motivated; able to take the initiative to liaise and work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills; ability to juggle multiple priorities and work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service focus with an ability to work collaboratively with others
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable being on the phone for extended periods of time
  • Must possess tact, diplomacy and the ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Demonstrated experience in a high volume, complex environment
  • Very approachable and spends the extra effort to put others at ease; can build rapport and is a good listener

  • Ability to work occasional evenings, holidays, and weekends will be required
