Essential Responsibilities

  • Implement, coordinate and maintain Ledcor systems and procedures in accordance with project specifications
  • Perform general administrative and record keeping functions to ensure project specific quality management information is readily available including the completion of required quality documentation
  • Ensure Quality Records are accurately completed with a focus on the required quality processes and the specification requirements for the related discipline activity
  • Participate in the change management process of changes to the work by carrying out some troubleshooting and debriefing with department processes to continually improve upon the products, service and support provided
  • Interface and communicate (written and oral) with management, clients and contacts
  • Oversee quality submittals and reporting
  • May perform other duties as required


  • 3+ years related work experience, preferably in the pipeline industry
  • CWB Level 1 certification and NACE Level 1 certification
  • Completion of post-secondary education with a related diploma, degree or trade certificate
  • Detailed technical knowledge of codes and standards, regulatory requirements, pipeline construction practices, techniques and equipment
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Excel, and ability to quickly learn new software
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, combined with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Explain difficult information clearly and influence and persuade others towards consensus agreement in straightforward situations
  • Promote teamwork by motivating, coaching guiding and training others

Work Conditions

  • Site based position - 6 days on 1 day off or other various shifts
  • LOA or camp based position
  • Remote locations
