Job Summary:

You are a customer focused IT professional used to working in a fast paced, ever changing environment. You will be the first point of contact for all IT related requests on the work site and will use your skills to field customer calls, troubleshoot, document and resolve all IT and network issues.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Support and troubleshoot Ledcor‚Äôs IT infrastructure which includes: workstations, laptops, hardware, software, servers, printers, networking, remote access, connectivity and voice systems
  • Support and interface with Owner IT resources to develop plans and solutions for site related communications
  • Provide oversight and management to Subcontractors for all IT and network requirements
  • Log incoming calls and all customer questions and issues accurately and efficiently into ticketing system
  • Effectively manage technical issues by providing solutions to the end user and escalate issues as required
  • Image and deploy desktops, laptops, satellite phones and other hardware as well as assist with ongoing moves, additions and changed to hardware and computers
  • Support MS office suite of products, and a variety of specialized applications
  • Provide restorative or maintenance actions to resolve end-user issues
  • May be required to work outside of regular office hours
  • May perform other duties as required


  • 2+ years experience in a similar position supporting a Windows environment
  • IT related degree, diploma or certification
  • Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and administering user & computer accounts
  • Experience with network and desktop printing solutions
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, combined with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent troubleshooting capability, with the ability to diagnose and solve technical issues
  • Strong analytical, technical, problem solving and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

Work Conditions

  • Site based position - 6 days on 1 day off or other various shifts
  • LOA or camp based position
  • Remote locations
