Job Summary:

You are a driven and detail oriented individual looking to build your payroll related experience within a large corporate environment. As a Time & Pay Coordinator, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely entry of data. This includes analyzing and auditing of payroll/invoicing records.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Process and audit payroll hours and data in a timely manner
  • Generate reports and audit work with accuracy
  • Enter, audit, and manage data in multiple systems including JDE, Microsoft Excel, Omni Prem.
  • Documents processes that support the continuous improvement of sound business practices
  • Prepare memorandums and communications for internal and external recipients
  • Other duties as assigned


  • 2 years'of previous payroll accounting experience would be an asset
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • JD Edwards experience would be an asset

Work Conditions:

  • Job requires someone who will work Monday to Friday (with flexibility to work at least one weekend day bi-weekly)
  • Work in conjunction with team members to meet bi-weekly payroll deadlines.
  • Office based position
