Job Summary:

You are a Field Operations Supervisor with 8+ years of telecommunications experience. You will support the overall direction, administration, services and supervision of Technical Professionals. Type of work includes installation and repair of POTS, ADSL, IPTV, OSP, ISP, DE Engineering Installation & Test and Repair Network and IPTV services. We will consider applications from across the US.

Essential Responsibilities

• Supervise, schedule and train Technical Professionals, provide leadership, and monitor productivity to maintain high quality of customer service
• Perform site survey and write MOP’s (method of procedures)
• Deploy equipment/tools/test gear and documentation to meet customer schedules and safety requirements
• Analyze overtime, downtime, improve processes, labor, and provide solutions for out of scope documentation
• Provide leadership in quality assurance and provide ongoing inspections
• Identify project issues and appropriate courses of action
• Research and oversee implementation of new technologies
• Provide reports and complete requests for new service
• Provide leadership and guidance to achieve and maintain a trusting relationship with external and internal clients
• Ensure the installation and repair program is managed to warrant success
• Measure quality performance against established standards
• Review financial results and measure against target/budget

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in telecommunications or in a leadership role
• Proven ability to plan, lead, organize and direct the work of others with multiple deadlines
• Expertise with field concepts, practices, and procedures including POTS, ADSL and IPTV OSP, ISP, DE Engineering Installation & Test and Repair Network 
• Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong computer skills in Word, Outlook and Excel
• Customer service orientated
