Job Summary:You are an experienced Crew Scheduler or Travel Coordinator, with administrative skills and a background in aviation or transportation. Your ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and solving problems on the fly will see you excel in this role. As the Crew Travel Coordinator, you will be responsible for booking flights, hotels, and rental cars for upcoming rotations and training that occurs away from base. In addition, you will track and input flight crew duty assignments into the flight operations system and confirm all crew legal requirements are met for upcoming flights. You will be coordinating with the Operational Control Center (OCC) for any crewing requirements and Irregular operations.

Shift: Mon.-Fri., 8AM-5PM
