Job Summary:

You are a Project Manager helping to coordinate several cross-functional projects and day to day operations to ensure they are completed on time and within budget. The successful candidate must be a detail-oriented communicator that feels comfortable working closely with various stakeholders and teams to coordinate projects from inception through completion or to program management. The project manager will implement the project plan and schedule, ensures safety and quality control, delegate work to the project team, and contractors. Essential Responsibilities:

  • Plans, organizes, monitors, and oversees projects utilizing cross-functional teams to deliver defined requirements and meet company strategic objectives.
  • Monitor the creation of all project deliverables to ensure adherence to quality standards including design documents, test plans, training materials, and operations documentation.
  • Assist with the establishment and maintenance of corporate project management methodology and other department procedures.
  • Knows the difference between the process that adds value vs. the process that impedes teams
  • Demonstrates clear organization skills to manage multiple workstreams within a project
  • Appreciates the attention to detail and what it takes to build a project plan
  • Ability to look forward and identify risks plus find proactive solutions
  • Inspires teamwork without direct reporting authority and maximizes the value created by your teams
  • Reports status on project commitments and team objectives to all levels of the organization, catering your message for each audience
  • Communicating to all business stakeholders both internal and external over all channels such as WebEx, chat, email, and presentations
  • Negotiate with project stakeholders to identify resources, resolve issues, and mitigate risks.
  • An infectious personality that achieves instant stakeholder buy-in
  • A reputation for getting things done and hands-on experience with Project Management Tools.
  • A track record of building and maintaining effective relationships with Customers, Vendors, and Project Owners.
  • Able to focus on developing long term partnerships with key stakeholders to ensure our contributions to their continuing success and to maximize long term gains
  • Ability to plan and manage a project schedule.
  • Has detailed technical knowledge of business process and models including best practices, end to end workflows across all operational areas
  • Understanding of design documents and the ability to ensure that they are complete, clearly define expectations, and provide an incentive to perform
  • Contract negotiation/management skills preferred


  • 2-4 years of Telecom experience working in a cross-functional team environment with a track record of being a part of a fast-paced environment
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or 4-5 Years of direct Project Management Experience
  • Contract negotiation/management skills preferred
  • Client facing experience
