Job Summary:

Ledcor Technical Services (LTS) is a proven leader and innovator in telecommunications network design, construction, maintenance service installation and repair in North America.

As Regional Manager, you will be responsible for the support and overall Service Delivery with a team of technicians in his or her assigned region (North East, US.) You are dynamic, motivated, and is results-oriented as well as, having a high level of focus on customer satisfaction.

You will establish customer account communication, governance, and expectations that create a positive client experience. You will ensure that timeliness and accuracy of LTS Service Delivery and Technical Solutions are met. Also verify that technicians within the North East regional team are following established expectations and guidelines for work order delivery, and well-ordered daily operations. You will be the point of contact for any North East area related to escalation or concern.

This will be a home-based position with over 50% of your time in the field with technicians and customers.  

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Supports and promotes Ledcor’s core values of safety, quality, integrity, sustainability, and success
  • Manages all the operations work force in the assigned region and ensures that work is of the highest quality and all operational performance metrics are met or exceeded
  • Monitors and analyzes reports pertaining to scheduling, workload management, resource management and call performance
  • Continually identifies needs and opportunities for same day staff adjustments and the need to solicit extra hours
  • Leads and manages employees ensuring ongoing communication, performance management, and development
  • Pursues and develops new business opportunities for the company in their division or region and participating in the estimating process

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience within the industry with 2 of those years in a leadership role
  • Demonstrated change management skills in a large multi-departmental organization
  • Experience managing a flexible workforce, required to work non-traditional work hours and holidays
  • Experience improving organizational effectiveness, optimizing workflow, and executing on strategic goals
  • Proven client management
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Proven ability to plan and organize workloads and work within multiple deadlines
  • Strong safety record and demonstrated experience of working within an established and advanced Health and Safety program
