Job Summary:

As the Customer Service/Accounts Receivable Clerk you will be responsible for generating quotes for client charter requests, creating invoices, entering data into JDE, and providing excellent customer service to Summit Air’s clients. You enable collaboration with your team and clients, you are a team player willing to learn the business and grow.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Develop timely and accurate quotes for charter clients
  • Collaborate with Dispatch/Operational Control Centre to schedule daily aircraft trips
  • Recommend aircraft best suited to customers based on load information, routing, availability and aircraft specifications
  • Review trip reports and communicate trip details to Accounts Receivable for accurate and timely invoicing
  • Work with the business development team on special projects
  • Create customer invoices, including account set up and payment terms
  • Send invoices to clients


  • 2+ experience working in a customer service, administrative, or accounts receivable role
  • Experience in a Sales, Business Development, or Dispatch role an asset
  • Ability to handle high volume workloads in a fast-paced environment
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel and other MS programs
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
