Job Summary:

The Senior OSP Project Manager is responsible for the management of day-to-day OSP implementation operations efforts, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget, guiding the project team, while ensuring Ledcor’s Health, Safety, Environmental protection and Quality and control.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Manages all implementation aspects of OSP projects on time and within budget
  • Ensures that projects are implemented according to approved guidelines, specifications, approved drawings, and applicable building codes
  • Develops and maintains the project schedule in conjunction with project team to meet milestones and completion dates.
  • Establishes contractual relationships and manages day to day operations with various vendors and subcontractors.
  • Understands method of bidding, purchasing, negotiating, contracting, cash flow, expediting.
  • Maintains, tracks, and reports all financial aspects of project including forecasts, billing, and documentation.
  • Demonstrates leadership in health, safety and environmental protection on the project.
