As the Program Manager, you will ensure schedules are met and critical Outside Plant telecommunications projects are delivered for clients in the Washington and Baltimore area. These projects will span engineering, operations, construction, budgets, forecasting, and planning. You enjoy building strong relationships and act as a trusted advisor to our regional, divisional and executive leaders while continuously looking for innovative ideas, opportunities and solutions that align with Ledcor Technical Services growth strategy. Essential Responsibilities:

  • Works very closely with project client’s Program Manager
  • Ensures compliance with contract terms and provisions
  • Expands scope of business in region by contributing to business development activities
  • Schedules, tracks, and implements client derived turnkey projects supporting key customer deliverables to the highest customer satisfaction while driving cost, quality, and timeliness
  • Manages budget, billing, and scheduling of projects
  • Establishes clear and precise goals, objectives, timeframes and budgets of projects
  • Handles customer issues and updates, completes status reports and conducts periodic project reviews
  • Coordinates and directs activities of staff and tracks progress against the project plan
  • Coordinates deployment dates with Construction Management group
  • Manages contract to ensure all obligations are met and processes are followed to ensure payment for services is supplied


  • 6 - 10 years of proven project management experience
  • 3+ years experience with large-scale Outside Plant (OSP) projects (preferably within telecom)
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent leadership and negotiation skills
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to maintain a high level of performance under the pressure of time constraints and a fast-paced changing environment

Working Conditions:

  • Travel to various job sites and other project offices will be required from time to time.
