Job Summary:

The Warehouse Coordinator will plan, schedule, coordinate and manage the flow and inventory of materials and equipment in order to meet project and field operations needs.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Seeks out best practices and ensure processes and procedures are established and followed
  • Establishes, monitors and updates key performance indicators (KPI's)
  • Communicates material delivery schedules to all operations
  • Develops and performs audits to monitor consistency
  • Releases materials from the warehouse as directed by the construction team, ensures all signed documents are uploaded into the proper systems
  • Perform material inventory audits


  • Knowledge of supply chain, inventory, warehousing, transport, logistics, ERP and/or MRP
  • Three to five years of experience in a supply chain, materials or material handler position
  • ability to communicate well with management, colleagues, suppliers, and client representatives
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Suite
  • Supply Chain formal training / certification an asset.  (ex. APICS, CSCP)
