Job Summary:

As the Digital Media Coordinator you are responsible for supporting Ledcor’s Creative Services Team, with planning, production, and execution of video and graphic projects. With an attention to detail, eye for design and understanding of our brand, the Digital Media Coordinator will support the delivery of visual assets for large-scale projects, including Ledcor’s 75th anniversary. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the Creative Services Team to support with key pre-production activities, including archiving and organizing digital assets, scheduling interviews, supporting with filming logistics and more. The Digital Media Coordinator will also support the team by editing video projects, creating graphics, and sourcing photos.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Archiving, organizing, and digitizing media assets to support large-scale creative projects such as Ledcor’s 75th anniversary
  • Support with an inventory of historical photography and migrate physical copies to our online database
  • Support Video Editors’ workload by editing video projects as needed to meet flexible business demands and deliver projects on schedule
  • Support logistics of pre-production activities including scheduling interviews, booking venues, reviewing scripts, prepping interviewees

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 years of video communications production experience required
  • Previous experience with video and photography asset management
  • Experienced in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills. Easily builds relationships both in person and remotely
  • Proficiency in video editing, video formats and compression codecs, and video archiving
  • Self-directed, admired for planning, organizational and detail-oriented skillset, and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Expert knowledge of MS Office, the Adobe Creative Suite, and an aptitude for learning new applications
  • A true team player: Collaborates, works well within team projects, and can lead a project to successful completion
  • Customer-focused: Models integrity, respect, sincerity, diplomacy, warmth, empathy, and optimism

Work Conditions:

  • This is a office based role with flexibility of remote work up to 2 days a week
  • This is a 6 month contract position with an approximately 30 hour work week
