Job Summary:

You are a knowledgeable Pipefitter that has extensive experience working in an industrial shop setting. We are looking for a Pipefitter to support us in our Module Fabrication shop in Nisku, AB. The successful candidate will be responsible for working in accordance with quality, safety, and efficiency standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Measure, Flame cut, and tack spools using Acorn drawings
  • Use and maintain tools
  • Mentor and provide guidance for apprentices
  • Accurately reading and interpreting blueprints
  • Meet and follow all safety requirements and applicable safety policies

Requirements:

  • Ticketed Journeyperson status or enrolled in apprenticeship program is preferred
  • Construction Safety Training System certificate (CSTS-2020) is required
  • Must have 3 -4 years of previous fabrication experience
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to problem solve
  • Vaccinations against COVID 19 are not required on site, however masks (provided by Ledcor) must be worn when social distancing is not possible
